Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for new development as per new inquiry following Buyer requirements.
∎ Responsible all activities of order execution smoothly.
∎ Doing Critical Path Analysis and act accordingly to handle orders smoothly
∎ Responsible for triangular communications among between Buyer-Liaison Office-Production.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team to ensure on time delivery and updating order status to buyer.
∎ Follow up & Co-ordination with commercial, sampling, production and other related departments.
∎ * Proper execution of orders according to 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and resources.
∎ To developing new buyers for expanding the business.
∎ Making closing report after any order execution.
∎ Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support if requested.
∎ To make order summary of executed orders quarterly and annually for Top Management.
