Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with all Export and Import related Matters.
∎ To deal with all kinds of L/C related matter, Banking function and documentation.
∎ To deal with Bill of lading, C&F issues, and to communicate with different buyer.
∎ To Complete all the job on buyer system regarding shipment.
∎ Communicating with merchant time to time to confirm is there any changes done by buyer relating to shipment.
∎ To send all the require document to buyer on time complying buyer Instruction.
∎ Completing the goods in-house related job.
∎ In-house the goods on time following the company given policy.
∎ To submit the monthly shipment report at each month end.
∎ To provide necessary support to the production team for uninterrupted production.
∎ To lead and fully supervise commercial team who looks after import and export To
∎ To check & control PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services;
∎ Custom handling, Export clearance & documentation;
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kind of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ Liaison with Bank, EPB and others organization related to export and import documentation.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ To ensure Collecting Bill Of Lading on time & submitting export documents to forwarding agent or Bank to Bank.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up.
∎ To Resolve issues with contracts and commercial operations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 07 Years Practical Commercial Experience in RMG Sector.
∎ Ability to accept extra duties as situations arise.
∎ Strong correspondence capability over internet and e-mail is must.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft office & email communication.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
