∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Disciplinary Action, Grievance Handling, Payroll, PMS (KPI), Worker Recruitment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and monitor the company HR plan and policies in the factory and provide full and professional HR services to the factory.
∎ Prepare, plan, and Implement a recruitment and selection program in line with the Company's policy and procedure.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and other legal requirements. He/she may be responsible for maintaining proper documentation and handling any legal issues that arise.
∎ Improve employee relations, communication as well as grievance-handling issues.
∎ Develop and update the compensation and benefits structure of the factory and undertake all related activities as per the Company's policy.
∎ Take on a proper leave management system in the factory.
∎ Carry out performance management procedures and assessments on employees.
∎ Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. He/she may also handle employee benefits and insurance-related matters.
∎ Maintain and organize various administrative records, documents, and files.
∎ Facilitate communication between different departments and ensure smooth coordination of tasks and projects.
∎ Assist in implementing company policies and ensure employees are aware of and comply with them.
∎ Promote a safe working environment and ensure that health and safety protocols are followed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Must be well conversant with Labor laws, Labor Rules, Factory Rules, Fire Rules,
∎ Must be efficient in all HR Operations
∎ BNBC, Environmental Law, and HR policies development and implementation, especially related to the Garments sector.
∎ Sound knowledge of disciplinary action and HR, Admin, and compliance.
∎ Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
∎ Excellent team-playing aptitude with a pleasant personality
∎ Good computer knowledge must be required
