Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems and equipment in the garments manufacturing facility.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
∎ Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development.
∎ Delegate tasks effectively, manage workloads, and ensure timely completion of electrical projects and maintenance activities.
∎ Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and high performance.
∎ Investigate and diagnose electrical malfunctions, breakdowns, or failures, and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for recurring electrical problems and implement corrective actions.
