Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Samples and conduct risk assessment based on customer requirement.
∎ Direct communicate with buying offices/liaison offices by mail & VC (overseas).
∎ Conduct PP meeting with customers and internal PP meeting with production team before start bulk production.
∎ Review customer tech pack, to do risk assessment and communicate with customer if required.
∎ Give technical solution to optimize productivity and profitability. Ensure all possible steps are taken to get the sample approved at first time.
∎ Ensure planning is properly done to get optimum output from the relevant dept.
∎ Ensure records are properly maintained in terms of machine utilization, various types of sample.
∎ Follow up, sample hit rate, programmer/technician/ linking individual KPI.
∎ Follow up & conduct pilot run/in line inspection and to guarantee required standard in bulk
∎ All inspection reports reviewing & heading meetings with quality team & production team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in handling of Auto knitting, jacquard machine & Programmer (Sweater)
∎ Ability to understand the concepts and trends of global fashion industries.
∎ Having experienced and capable of handle buyers independently on Quality Assurance matters.
∎ Sound knowledge about technical audit.
∎ Excellent command in both spoken and written English.
∎ Can handle buyer & suggest alternative solution.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have strong leadership quality.
∎ At least 5 years of work experience as Sweater Technical Manager
