Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters from reputed university, preferably in Business Studies

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish sales objectives and targets by developing annual sales plan and be responsible for overall sales operations in assigned regions and divisions
∎ Lead, guide and monitor sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved within specific time frame
∎ Supervise all depot operations in assigned regions and divisions to ensure depot activities are synchronized with sales demand
∎ Initiate necessary steps for sales growth by maintaining smooth coordination with distributors, dealers and customers
∎ Ensure availability of products to consumer market through effective distribution channel and customer/dealer relationship
∎ Prepare all kinds of sales & market visit reports & competitive analysis reports as & when required by management to demonstrate accountability

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 - 12 years in FMCG industry, at least 2-4 years experiences as a Sales Manager
∎ Experiences in handling multiple depots will be counted as added advantages

Salary:
∎ Attractive package will be offered commensurate with experience & qualification.
