Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have Good Knowledge Patterns and Garments Construction.
∎ He should have capability to work with buyer tech to understand FIT & Pre Production Sample Comments & get approvals.
∎ Should be able to handle team of 20 pattern makers; 50 sample Tailors & 15 Helpers.
∎ Preference will be given to evaluate to formal training in pattern making & certificate from Technical College.
∎ Conform to all samples are being produced as per the buyers' given specification.
∎ Establish effective communication with other departments to ensure that the deadlines are met.
∎ To organize the sample section and ensure that all employees in the sample section are efficient in their work.
∎ To follow the principle of cost-minimizing
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have experience in woven garments manufacturing experiences.
∎ Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
∎ Good knowledge of Email writing is must.
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Working under pressure.
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
