Educational Requirements:
∎ Textile Engineer from public University (Govt. Institute)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze daily inspection report to identify source of quality problem & take necessary steps to reduce also improve future results
∎ Follow up 4 point fabric inspection system for grey and finished fabrics
∎ Conduct Shade & fabric test report analysis as per buyer parameter
∎ Ensure production process in accordance with international standards
∎ Maintain quality procedure with operating staff and monitor closely
∎ Provide shade approval for bulk fabric
∎ Engage in the process of sample development & take care of quality aspects of sample fabric
∎ Maintain the QA manual, QA report, QA format of the company
∎ Handle all the QC issue instantly and make report to superior time to time
∎ Maintain record all QC issue for any ready reference
∎ Discuss Inline inspection findings with respective Production, RND & QA team to take corrective actions
∎ Organize the factory dyeing production by supporting the standard QA policy of the company
∎ Arrange effective training session for his team on a regular basis
∎ Report in case of any deviation in QA system to Superior
∎ Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability
∎ Ensure the quality of RFD fabric
∎ Monitor the quality system improvement areas and report to management monthly
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ 3-5 Years experience as Finishing and Qlty Manager from a reputed fabric unit
∎ Strong knowledge about quality assurance procedures
∎ Strong knowledge about Fabric quality
∎ Knowledge about international quality standards
Salary: Negotiable
