Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Industrial Engineering degree from SUST/BUET or others preferred from any reputed university.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making Monthly Capacity Plan and production plan of the
∎ orders in consultation and coordination with marketing, IE, merchandising,
∎ production, and others relevant team.
∎ Responsible for weekly fabric knitting, dyeing, finishing plan based online plan.
∎ Responsible for monitoring Plan vs actual production and react accordingly.
∎ Prepare and design layout of man, machine and materials based on order to
∎ achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Lead, guide, train and supervise the entire team members of Central Planning
∎ team.
∎ Forecasting target for daily and monthly & work with team to achieve the target
∎ and monitor hourly production record as set.
∎ Do the pre-production activity or relevant style/product.
∎ Responsible for ensuring on time raw materials availability according to the
∎ plan.
∎ Check and ensure section & process wise SMV and SMV reduction for optimum
∎ utilization of minutes.
∎ Update and maintain efficiency report, variance report with WIP, skill inventory,
∎ monthly style wise closing.
∎ Responsible for order wise input/output record.
∎ Analyze critical process and ensure process standardization.
∎ Find the bottleneck from the first hour and whole day report and chasing till
∎ solve.
∎ Apply 'Work Study" techniques to improve the overall floor performances.
∎ Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth
∎ productivity.
∎ To collect daily production data and other performance data.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience in same post in reputed knit industries
∎ GSD certified will add value to candidate.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity and professionalism.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have very good computer utilization skills and good in MS Office, familiar
∎ with smart management reporting, Pivots etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, IE &
∎ Production.
