∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having professional certification on related field will get extra preference.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Lean Management, LEAN Manufacturing, TQMS

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle a minimum of 1000 machines to run the business independently for the company's overall operations.
∎ Analyze financial reports and garments Pre costing and post-costing.
∎ Evaluate, maintain and achieve the production target.
∎ Work closely with the Senior Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals, identify risks, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Build a strong culture of accountability and teamwork among employees.
∎ Create synergistic growth strategies across the Company.
∎ Collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and resources designed to accommodate rapid profitable growth and create maximum long-term enterprise value.
∎ Establish and measure key operational performance indicators for the organization and adjust operational tactics to achieve agreed-upon performance goals.
∎ Develop a quality control system and processes to deliver optimal performance in all operational areas including production, sourcing and logistics.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the group target.
∎ Ensure the achievement of production targets for the unit within the cost, time, and quality norms.
∎ Ensure coordination amongst various areas of production, technical, quality, etc.
∎ Follow up on production plan from cutting to sewing and achieving targeted line efficiency.
∎ Make sure product quality is in accordance with standards laid down by the buyer.
∎ Provide manufacturing expertise to the Production team and ensure implementation of cost reduction/efficiency improvement through process changes/improvements.
∎ Ensure timely preparation of production plans in line with the available capacity and marketing requirements.
∎ Ensure proper upkeep of the manufacturing facility to achieve machine availability and efficiency utilization norms.
∎ Ensure regular monitoring of the performance of all departments.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower and good employee relations.
∎ Provide performance review and information to the VP - Operations on regular basis by ensuring the proper and timely generation of all management information reports.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for further expansion, increased productivity, manpower management, and organizational structures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Dealing with buyers and international buying house.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle operations in multiple locations simultaneously.
∎ Strong English communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent customer management skills (foreign and local)
∎ Ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
