Communication, coordination & leadership skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Plastics Ltd. (a sister concern of Paragon Group) is a leading FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) manufacturing facility, committed to delivering world-class products. We are looking for energetic, honest, dedicated & experienced Sr. Manager/ Manager (Production) for its manufacturing factory of plastic woven bag, FIBC and poly bag, located at Gazipur.
Job Responsibility:
Develop/review and implementation of policy, process and SOP for production.
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations of the FIBC factory.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
Monitor production schedules, output, and quality standards to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Prepare production reports, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets.
Liaise with senior management regarding production planning, cost control, and efficiency improvement.
Any other relevant assignment given by the management.
