Job Context:
∎ A reputed RMG Factory is looking for a potential candidate as Senior Manager/ Manager of Production department.
∎ We are looking for experienced Senior Manager/ Manager capable to lead overall production and ensure quality as per plan.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Must have work experience Oven garments production.
∎ Specially experience at Denim & Twill Products.
∎ Able to follow up 08 Sewing Lines in the factory.
∎ Supervising, leading and managing production process and employees to guide them for higher productivity along with keeping good relations with all staffs and workers to ensure attendance.
∎ Capability to prepare Floor plans as per shipment schedules.
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve production quantities.
∎ Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning department.
∎ Ability to handle production process efficiently with planning with optimum quality.
∎ Train the Line APM/Chief/supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening and increase production.
∎ Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.
∎ Demonstrate the ability of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production quality in order to run a cohesive operation with quality department.
∎ Regular reporting of production status to the senior management to strategize future plans.
∎ Attend any supply chain issue immediately to avoid loss time in production.
∎ Coordinate with all departments for smooth production processes.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work to increase productivity.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments, Good knowledge about the entire Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering & Quality Assurance Process as well as new Techniques of manufacturing.
∎ Evaluate performance of subordinates, disciplinary matters, necessary training needs to increase production capability.
∎ Good knowledge of Floor compliance.

∎ The candidate should have at least 07 years working experience as a Asst. Production Manager (Oven).
