Job Context:

∎ To lead the Store functions of Textiles Complex to achieve the organization`s objectives this position requires solid knowledge and hands-on experience in strategic activities. The incumbent will be act as a change agent to accelerate organizational development and overall transformation. The Group is looking for experienced, energetic, dynamic and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization`s goal.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintain and entire activities of GREY FABRIC store such as safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Supervise the daily receiving, issuing documents of order booking and requirements including Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP
∎ Ensure proper store compliance regarding goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store area
∎ Check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports of the store
∎ Check & supervise the daily fabrics receiving & issuing to the batch with all other documents related with materials movement and report to the concern department heads.
∎ Use of Bin Card in every item of grey fabric assigned work in connection with store and maintain required MIS.
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory bin cards
∎ Liaison with respective department for each & every aspect related to store activities.
∎ Make sure the inventory control properly by using modern software
∎ Prepare monthly stock report and send it to the concern department
∎ Monitor the MRR, delivery challan and gate pass
∎ Follow-up with the suppliers for day to day requirement, fixing the timing for issue and receiving the materials, Receiving Indents
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12 years of relevant experience out of which 4-5 years in similar position and 10 years of relevant experience out of which 2-3 years in similar position from any Knit-Dyeing Industry.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented.
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must.
∎ Strong reporting skills maintaining software database such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Willing to stay beside factory
∎ Job Location : Naypapara, Kashimpur, Gazipur
