• Proficiency in construction material estimation, quality control, and budgeting.

• Skilled in preparing technical reports, project updates, drawings, and schedules.

• Thorough understanding of industrial building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.

• Sound knowledge of construction material testing, including concrete and steel reinforcement.

• Familiarity with project cost analysis and feasibility study methodologies.

• Computer skill, Problem solving and decision making, Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Monitor and inspect ongoing construction works to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards.

• Prepare structural calculations including floor load and stress analysis for industrial buildings.

• Estimate, requisition, and manage materials for construction, plumbing, furniture, and finishing work.

• Plan and manage daily labor for renovation, repair, and beautification projects.

• Prepare and verify contractor and labor bills on a project basis.

• Provide technical assistance to top management on structural and operational issues.

• Conduct quality testing of construction materials (e.g., concrete, reinforcement bars).

• Communicate regularly with internal departments and project stakeholders regarding construction materials and progress.

• Generate monthly project updates, schedules, and design drawings as per project requirements.

• Evaluate feasibility, cost, and budgeting for various construction and renovation projects.

• Prepare and implement annual construction master plans for future expansions.

• Oversee all construction projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.

• Supervise and evaluate subordinate staff, including annual confidential reports (ACR).

• Organize training programs on construction safety, procedures, and compliance.

• Coordinate with external consultants, buyers, and auditors to fulfill technical, quality, and compliance standards.
