• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in apparel production or quality control management is necessary.

• Proven track record managing both woven and knit garment items ensures you understand the unique challenges associated with each category.

• Experience in similar positions or comparable leadership roles for US retailers or trading companies highlights your ability to meet international standards.

• Comprehensive knowledge of factory safety protocols as well as apparel safety requirements for US and EU markets is vital for compliance purposes.

• Sound understanding of technical patterns and garment construction enables you to assess product integrity accurately.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview: Euro Centra Co. Ltd., a leading international sourcing organization, is seeking a dynamic and experienced QA Specialist to lead and oversee quality ensuring of its Bangladesh Liaison Office. The position requires a strong specialist with deep expertise in the RMG (Ready-Made Garments) sector and proven Quality ensure for export product.

Location: Euro Centra Co. Ltd. – Bangladesh Liaison Office, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with US, Australia & German HQ teams to align designs with production requirements starting from the development stage, reviewing prototypes, confirmation and pre-production samples from a technical perspective. Ensure smooth and efficient coordination between the Bangladesh office and the head office.

• QA & QC Standard Operating Procedures Management and Physical and Chemical Testing Management. Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and represent the company in all official matters.

• Provide effective guidance on Quality Assurance and Quality Control Standards through proper training and coaching, after having assessed the factory's capabilities.

• Oversee all quality control activities for knits, woven, denim, and sweater products throughout South China and Southeast Asia, ensuring consistent adherence to customer requirements.

• Collaborate closely with merchandising teams to influence sourcing strategies based on quality insights and market trends.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
