Job Context:
∎ BENCHMARK, a fast growing and dynamic trading house is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as a Manager/Sr. Manager for its diversified businesses. The successful incumbent will play a strategic role in the overall Digital Marketing management of the Company.
∎ Job Location - Work at the office, 45 New Eskaton, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Marketing Strategy
∎ Develop client's overall ads marketing strategy.
∎ Must have deep knowledge on affiliate marketing and able to collect effective affiliate, market influencer and market maven
∎ Organize training, seminar and podcast to manage producers and affiliate marketers.
∎ Experience to handle big data, data extraction, compiling data and expert to use mail-chimp to communicate with the mass network.
∎ Must have experience to handle big budget social media and TVS campaign
∎ New idea generation and able to locate and work on different market niches.
∎ Manage strategy and stats to ensure success.
∎ Maintaining online delivery System and especially able to launch thermal delivery network in Dhaka and other major cities.
∎ Work experience in courier service and online delivery company will have preference in candidate selection.
∎ Revenue Retention & Growth Success
∎ Daily overview of campaigns to ensure KPIs are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
∎ Creative Project Management
∎ Request all creative assets from Creative Project Manager for all client campaigns
∎ Ability to coordinate and project manage the creative asset process with through Benchmark internal creative team (copywriters, designers, videographers).
∎ Ideate strong creatives that will deliver strong ROI against client goals.
∎ Manage administrative and campaign tasks to ensure consistency of the production process and that deadlines and internal budgets are met on time
∎ Manage a dynamic team and lead the eCommerce and Digital Business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.
∎ Maestro on Social Media platforms marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, YouTube) and managing digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Very familiar and expert in handling marketplace like Amazon, Ebay, Wish, Walmart, Shopify .(Plus)
∎ Must have experience on the Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Group Marketing, Content Marketing, Apps based marketing,
∎ Prepare and relate Marketing Budget and number of impressions.
∎ Web Scraping and 360-degree Marketing flow to drive targeted traffic and convert them into clients
∎ Must have experience on MailChimp and Email marketing
∎ Must have excellent skill on video editing. especially on Adobe Premiere Pro, After effect.
∎ Increase lead flow and work with the VP to increase quality prospect interactions
∎ Any other assignment as entrusted from time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing. Experience in marketing B2B, B2C, Dropshipping technology products or services preferred.
∎ Proven knowledge of industry tools preferred, such as SalesForce.com, Marketo, Sprinklr, Adobe CQ, HTML, and online analytics packages.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
