The successful candidate must be a skillful telemarketer who must make sales over phone calls and meet the monthly sales target.
∎ Work at office and Home (depending on the Candidate ability and preference)
∎ Office address: 45 New Eskaton, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential customers over Phone/Email/SMS to explain the company's Products as per company procedure.
∎ Collect the orders from new or existing customer in an accurate manner by telephonic conversion.
∎ Make follow-up calls to both the B2B & B2C customers and try to make opportunities for additional sales.
∎ Handle and solve customer queries and grievances.
∎ Maintain inventory for B2B channels.
∎ Proper tracking, recording, and reporting daily sales.
∎ Go to the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be a fluent communicator.
∎ You must have good voice and convincing power over phone.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
