• 12+ years of experience in ICT, telecom, or enterprise technology solutions specially in virtualization.

• Strong experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, and enterprise solutions delivery.

• Extensive experience in designing and delivering mission critical solution.

• Strong background in supporting large and complex enterprise deals, including RFP responses, solution proposal development, and technical presentations to senior stakeholders.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with customer digital transformation needs.

• Strong exposure to project governance, service delivery frameworks, and solution implementation management for enterprise clients.

• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers.

• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong collaboration skills to work across sales, product, technology, and operations teams.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-evolving enterprise technology and digital solutions environment.

This role will ensure the successful positioning, development, and delivery of integrated ICT solutions for “Virtualization” that address enterprise, SME, and Govt. customer needs.

• Develop and implement the overall IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with the organization's business goals and digital transformation priorities.

• Depth knowledge and implementation experience in all IT infrastructure (virtualization, networks, servers, storages, cloud environments, endpoints, data centers etc.) and ensure effective design, plan and implementation.

• Lead the pre-sales engineering and solution architecture teams

• Provide technical leadership in customer engagements, including solution design, presentations, and proposal development.

• Support large and strategic deals with strong solution positioning and technical expertise.

• Ensure high-quality technical documentation, including RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical designs.

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery and implementation of enterprise solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with global technology vendors and solution providers.
