Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop marketing strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Responsible for creating & performing Marketing of Garments products.
∎ Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
∎ Oversee the update on production status, sampling & required information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyers.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge on all types of garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Supply chain / Backward linkage management
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation
∎ Able to think critically and creatively to solve problems
Salary: Negotiable
