Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the maintenance of all electrical systems, including machines, transformers, and distribution panels.
∎ Must have knowledge about NFPA and BNBC.
∎ Knowledge of fire detection systems (FDS)and fire protection systems (FPS) is essential.
∎ Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify electrical faults or malfunctions.
∎ Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize production disruptions.
∎ Coordinate with the maintenance team to address emergency breakdowns effectively.
∎ To handle all kinds of technical audits (ACCORD/RSC, Alliance/Nirapon), and social audits and prepare electrical/Fire safety CAP, and social CAP and update accordingly as per requirements.
∎ To ensure designing, drawing, planning & making factory layout plans, SLD, and LPS for all the new & old factories of the group.
∎ Implement safety protocols and procedures to protect personnel and equipment.
∎ Generate reports on equipment performance and electrical system status.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes in Bangladesh.
∎ Any other works/ specific job as required by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with MS tools. Other engineering software skills such as Auto CAD shall be preferred
∎ Ability to work in stressful environment for long time.
∎ Dynamic, well organized, self-driven, good communication skill, good personality with leadership skill and positive attitude.
∎ Requisite knowledge on Generators, motors, busducts, protection systems, transformers, switchyard equipment, Generator circuit breakers, electrical layouts etc.
∎ The candidate having outstanding qualification the above-mentioned experience requirement may be relaxed.
∎ Age can be relaxed for deserving candidates.
∎ Supervisor License/Electricity License/ABC License
