Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select dyes as per buyers colour fastness requirements
∎ Select proper trichromatic for particular shade to ensure trouble free dyeing like listing, tailing effect, unevenness etc
∎ Set up dye padder pressure( both bulk& lab) to ensure lab to bulk and listing free dyeing
∎ Follow up and ensure Bleached fabric quality before CPB dyeing
∎ Follow up dyes and chemical solution making
∎ Provide required correction of recipe/ dyes (GPL) for sample as well as bulk production
∎ Follow up washing of CPB fabric to ensure shade matching as well as required fastness
∎ Provide finishing process route and chemicals( softener/ fixing) recipe, padder pressure etc
∎ Ensure right qty fabric at right time to achieve final delivery date
∎ Take initiatives for re-dyeing/reprocessing spontaneously to comply deliver schedule
∎ Ensure shade matching of rib, accessories fabric with body fabric
∎ Follow up SOP of fabric division
∎ Follow up overall management of dyeing & finishing floor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in Dyeing (CPB).
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla (both written and spoken).
∎ Basic knowledge on dying & finishing activities.
∎ Able to think critically and creatively to solve problems
Salary: Negotiable
