Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with Administration to design & implement Admin related & Administrative affairs.
∎ Maintain regular contacts with the concerned Legal Departments of the Govt. of Bangladesh, Business Partners, Counterparts, etc.
∎ Maintain a healthy relationship among all departments of all factory units for better functioning of the organization.
∎ Maintain necessary steps for issuance/renewal of different types of Licenses (like Boiler, Factory, Fire, Generator, etc).
∎ Making Liaison with National Trade Organization Bodies (like BGMEA, BTMA, EPB, etc) and prepare necessary documents for submission to them.
∎ Make appropriate measures for taking approval of the Factory/Office Building layout plan (as and when required).
∎ Coordinate with other departments.
∎ House Keeping, Health Safety & Security management.
∎ Ensure daily Factory opening & closing.
∎ Ensure proper House Keeping.
∎ Maintain and Ensure all Development work .
∎ Ensure Wastage disposer.
∎ Ensure Leftover garments closing and preparing report.
∎ Maintain Office Keys.
∎ Monitor overall Security activities.
∎ Maintain all logistics & Transport issue.
∎ Maintain lunch related issues.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
