∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Minimum 20 to 25 years of proven experience in marketing knit garment products to international buyers.
∎ Strong capability in securing large volume orders and marketing value added products.
∎ Must have hands-on experience in dealing with globally renowned knitwear buyers and brands.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and buyer management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable to ensure USD 10.00 million per month for 100 sewing lines and fulfill 40 tons textile capacity.
∎ Bring in high value added customer/ brand from globally reputed buyers and brands.
∎ Maintain and expand a strong buyer network, focusing on top international buyers in knit garments sector.
∎ Drive product development, pricing strategies, and business negotiations with buyers.
∎ Ensure timely order confirmation and successful execution in coordination with the merchandising and production teams.
∎ Work closely with top management to achieve company business goals.
∎ Highly efficient in costing and technically sound knowledge in garments and fabrics.
∎ Ensure to fill-up monthly production capacity and achieve export target.
∎ Onboard a minimum numbers of buyer with sufficient volume to fill-up the capacity.
∎ Provide monthly/yearly marketing and export plan to the managements
