∎ The candidate should have minimum 15 years of relevant experience in reputed Spinning Mills, out of which 3 years as a GM /Sr. GM.
∎ Should have up to date knowledge on production and quality.
∎ Should have Strong leadership & professional skills
∎ Strong organizational skills including ability to prioritize
∎ Should be  result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern spinning production management system
∎ Should have computer skills & able to produce various reports for the management

∎ A Reputed 100% export based Spinning Mill is looking for potential Candidate for the position of Sr. General Manager (Operations).
∎ Job location for the position is at Habiganj, factory office.
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for management of overall operational activities of the spinning mill project.
∎ Major Jobs for the position include:·
∎ Ensure achieving of optimum production target through applying latest knowledge and technology.
∎ Ensure producing of quality products at all time.
∎ Ensure effective project management by utilizing optimum manpower, material and machineries.
