Responsibilities & Context:
Source and procure by collecting poly raw materials, waste and all kind of used polyethylene like Low density polyethylene (LDPE), High-density polyethylene (HDPE), Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA), Poly propylene (PPE) from Deferent Packaging and others Factories and local warehouses.
Build and maintain a strong vendor/supplier network to ensure continuous raw material availability.
Negotiate purchase pricing, contracts and delivery terms to optimize cost, quality and Lead time.
Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and raw material quality.
Support management in developing procurement strategies for sustainable growth.
Analyzing data, performing cost analysis, and benchmarking are necessary tasks.
Maintaining all purchasing-related documents such as quotations, work orders, bills, and challans is imperative.
Monitoring and forecasting upcoming levels of demand is essential.
