Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Overseas training by the knitting machine manufacturers is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & Execute all knitting related activities to achieve maximum output though optimum utilization of man, machine & material as per KPI. Overall administration of the knitting floor.
∎ Plan & manage all the production orders of knitting with the help of central planning, in terms of yarn, execution time line & daily production Target shift wise.
∎ Make the SOP’s of machines .Develop & implement training program to supervisor & operators.
∎ Take the plan from Manager/Asst. Manager, make floor plan accordingly & hit the daily production target.
∎ Maintain the job cards on every machines with the fulfill all parameters e.g PO no, yarn count, composition,Dia, GG, Stich length.& knitting plan route should be visible.
∎ To co-Ordinate with all related departments to ensure the m/c will not go idle, monitor the shift wise production target against achieved.
∎ To take lead to standardize the process routs & give valuable input to knitting head/Manager to improvement of production.
∎ Make sure that knitting m/cs should run as per plan & actual parameters & monitor frequently.
∎ In new PO After completion of 1st roll of knitting send 1 mts fabric to QA lab to check bursting strength & verify it should be correct as per required STD.
∎ Trained/Motivate to Supervisors and operators to Monitor the process at each stage and follow the check points.
∎ Make sure after knitting fabric quality should be OK & fix the identification barcode sticker after knitting.
∎ Make sure During knitting operator should check the greige fabric quality as well online QC.
∎ Make sure After putting Barcode sticker fabric should inspect in QC area & shift to greige ware house.
∎ Make sure & keep record of each & every order process loss should be within the target as per KPI.
∎ Ensure the safe working, Material Handing, Compliance requirements and a good house keeping all the time. 5S practices to be established & followed up as a mandatory requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ worked with Brands m/cs FUKUHARA, Mayer & Cie. will be preferred
∎ Basic Computer operation
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla
∎ Must Handle Knitting Production & Planning & training to staff
∎ Making innovative structure/ designs are appreciable
