Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnoses and resolves end-user mail, web, network, hardware, and software problems.
∎ Delivers, tags, setup, and assist in the configuration of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripherals.
∎ Install and support of antivirus to every end-user workstation for providing virus, spam, and spyware protection.
∎ Keep ICT asset record & maintaining with software and others.
∎ Setup and repair IP Phone, UPS, Scanner & Color Printer.
∎ Setup and maintain NW Rack, Wi-Fi, LAN, TA, Projector & CCTV.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
