Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle software-related requests for assistance (problems).
∎ Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software problems.
∎ Ensure smooth ERP support under any condition or pressure, while maintaining professional behavior with users.
∎ Writing complex SQL query, stored procedure, trigger and function.
∎ Develop custom reports based on user and management requirement.
∎ Prepare proper documentation, user guide and presentation for user and higher authority.
