Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Coordinate hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in developing HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
- Prepare and manage official documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including facility management and procurement of office supplies.
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
- Ensure proper and safe house-keeping, health & safety on the production floor
- Through regular compliance visit & maintain safety checklist to identify any risk and take remedial initiatives.
- Any task assigned by the management.
