Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day factory administrative operations
Ensure smooth coordination among departments for admin-related activities
Maintain office discipline, hygiene, transport, and overall facility management
Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and general employee conduct
Assist in compliance audits and workplace safety standards
Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and service providers
Prepare and present administrative reports to management
