7–8 years of experience in visa processing

General HR functions.

Strong knowledge of visa regulations, and HR practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose

The Senior Executive – Visa & HR is responsible for managing end-to-end visa processing, immigration compliance, and travel documentation of employees. Additionally, the role supports core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relation & File documentation. Those who have not experience in VISA & HR need not to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities

Visa & Immigration (50%)

  • Manage visa processing, renewal, cancellation, and related immigration procedures for employees.

  • Maintain liaison with embassies, consulates, government agencies, and travel agents.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of visa applications, passports, work permits, and related documents.

  • Coordinate flight bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation for employees.

  • Monitor expiry dates of visas, passports, and work permits to ensure timely renewal.

Human Resources (50%)

  • Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.

  • Maintain HR databases, personnel files, and HRIS systems.

  • Assist in payroll inputs by maintaining leave, attendance, and overtime records.

Support HR audits, compliance checks, and reporting to management
