Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5 years hand on relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
Must have knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000.
Certified Fire Safety manager/ officer will get the preference.
Good command of English Language.
Computer Literate with excellence in MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the QA & Compliance Head in implementing QMS, EMS, FSSC, and HSMS to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Collaborate on quality, food safety, and health & safety decisions to support operational excellence and compliance.
Publish reports on Quality, Health & Safety, and Food Safety metrics for management and stakeholders.
Facilitate investigations and corrective actions for customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
Provide training to QA and other teams to enhance compliance and team capability.
Conduct internal audits and process verifications to ensure operational compliance and identify improvements.
Review and update HIRA, HACCP, and EIA to address current risks and align with standards.
Conduct fire risk assessments in the workplace to ensure safety and compliance with fire safety regulations.
Organize and deliver fire safety training for staff to enhance preparedness and adherence to safety protocols.
