∎ Graduation in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) / Material Science and Engineering (MSE) from any University of Bangladesh. MBA degree is Preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Flexible Packaging, Production of Printing Packaging
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for setting up the production target, production plans and setting timelines of production as per customer demand
∎ Determine production requirements based on plant capacity, production specifications and market demand
∎ Make and monitor master plan (monthly, weekly & daily schedule) as per job order for production department
∎ Identify delays, outages & partial production (if any) and notify to marketing dept. accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
∎ Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements (if any) and assist new product development by coordinating Production dept., QC dept. & Plant Head
∎ Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications by coordinating with QC & Marketing Dept.
∎ Preparing analytical reports and submit to management regularly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in flexible packaging industry
∎ Proven experience as Production Planner
∎ Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel (V lookup, Pivot Table, Chart etc.)
∎ Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
∎ Interpersonal and Communication skill in
