Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand bid procedure, submission, and tendering documentation method and study the tender documents to identify any challenges.
∎ Understand Partners’ and companies pricing models, and prepare comprehensive pricing for the clients.
∎ Maintain partner relations with specific OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) / Solution providers, assess and fulfill partner pre-requisites, maintain Partner Portals, communicate and collaborate with OEMs for commercials and technical assistance.
∎ Prepare budgetary pricing by closely working with the sales team & finance team.
∎ Master various Office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) to prepare proposals, presentation, flow diagrams, etc., as required to respond to client proposals/ RFPs.
∎ Acquire a pleasant interpersonal communication skill comprising of knowledge sharing and good behavior
∎ Understand ordering process and ensure timely order loading by communicating with team, accounts, management, OEM/distributor.
∎ Follow up the delivery timeline with distributor/OEM & communicate to expedite the timeline if required.
∎ Communicate with the project team & post team if any product or related support challenges. Maintain and update company ERP for local/foreign orders.
