Right now, we are looking for passionate individual to join our Procurement team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment through proper way.

  • Maintain and implement construction proforma / budget for each project.

  • Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations.

  • Have to manage materials from vendor within due time.

  • Research new materials for design and cost savings and services to meet company`s goals.

  • Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification.

  • Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company.

  • Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.

  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.

  • Establish new relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve pricing and quality of work.

  • Assist for maintaining company quality control program & settling invoice or contract disputes.

  • Handle change order requests & forecast upcoming demand.

  • Maintain sub/supplier information on company online management systems & materials/equipment inventory time to time.

  • Perform special assignment from Management time to time.
