∎ Production/ Apparel Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering from any reputed University
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of outstanding/ experienced candidates

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase productivity by ensuring proper method, bottleneck identification and monitoring
∎ Innovate and benchmark new method/techniques/ideas to improve and achieve manufacturing excellence
∎ Planning & Evaluation of production process, identifying the setback and recommending process improvement
∎ Garments operations breakdown and estimate standard time
∎ Working on line layout and line balancing intended to sustainable production efficiency
∎ Maintain day to day production quantity to assure everything is running smoothly
∎ Finalize the operation bulletins, line targets, line balancing build up, for new styles.
∎ Train operators for particular operation as needed for specific steps
∎ Continue to look for opportunity to implement work aids to reduce steps, time and cost

∎ Ability to work in fast paced environment
∎ Proactive, adaptive and ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent independent and communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
