∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum of five years of previous experience, two years in a similar role.
∎ Experience in using HRIS (ERP).
∎ Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
∎ Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context : We are hiring few highly organized administrative professionals to perform all administrative and clerical duties necessary for effective office management. The ideal and eligible candidates are the those who can fulfill all the given roles and responsibilities within stipulated schedule. Eventually, providing support in every workplace administration activity on a regular basis. They will be accountable for office management, help improve company procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of regular activities.
∎ Job Responsibilities : Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
∎ Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate travel arrangements and handle related logistics.
∎ Systematically filing important company documents. Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
∎ Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
∎ Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
∎ Preparation of Salary Sheet.
∎ Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.
∎ Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
∎ Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Frequently visit our construction projects as and when required/ according by the order of the CEO·
∎ Keeping records and reports up to date for month wise.
∎ Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal/external clients.
∎ Managing/ the CEO's diary, meetings, and appointments to maximize of use of time.
∎ Any other duties as assigned from management time to time.
