∎ Bachelor in any discipline
∎ Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, out of total length of experience preferably at least 02years in the real estate industry.
∎ Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and time management in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context : We are looking for a qualified Executive - Customer Service, who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. You will follow the service quality policies and procedures and oversee the customer service. You will be responsible for provide a standardized level of service to all customers.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide efficient and courteous customer service to clients on all aspects of our real estate services.
∎ Attend incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain client relationships.
∎ Assist in scheduling Project visit for the purpose of customer need based tasks with collaboration of company architects and engineers.
∎ Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
∎ Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
