  • Experience in using accounting software (ERP).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationship.
  • Good listening skills, with high level of attention to detail.        
  • Must have an advanced knowledge of the functions and elements of the excel program.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context : We are looking for a Assistant manager/Manager of accounts who will responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations of the accounting department. They help manage the financial activities of organizations in areas such as budgeting, preparation of financial reports and analysis of financial data.

Job Responsibilities :     

  • Maintaining financial records.        
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.     
  • Tracking organization expenses.
  • Preparing all relevant documents for realizing Receivables & Advances.
  • To ensure the preparation of Management Accounts.
  • To ensure cash and bank management.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow statement.
  • Maintain petty cash.
  • Generate monthly and yearly reports as required by management.
  • Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers.
  • VAT & Tax Management.       
  • Prepare documentation for VAT audits and other requests from VAT authorities.        
  • Ensuring all input Tax credits.       
  • Any other duties as assigned from management time to time.
