- Good listening skills, with high level of attention to detail.
- Must have an advanced knowledge of the functions and elements of the excel program.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload
Responsibilities & Context: Job Context : We are looking for a Assistant manager/Manager of accounts who will responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations of the accounting department. They help manage the financial activities of organizations in areas such as budgeting, preparation of financial reports and analysis of financial data.
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining financial records.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Tracking organization expenses.
- Preparing all relevant documents for realizing Receivables & Advances.
- To ensure the preparation of Management Accounts.
- To ensure cash and bank management.
- Prepare monthly cash flow statement.
- Maintain petty cash.
- Generate monthly and yearly reports as required by management.
- Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers.
- VAT & Tax Management.
- Prepare documentation for VAT audits and other requests from VAT authorities.
- Ensuring all input Tax credits.
- Any other duties as assigned from management time to time.
