Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for overall Land procurement and JV projects of the company.
∎ Should have knowledge in Land purchase, Registration, Land Law, ensure update of all land related documents including deed, land tax, Porcha, Khatian, mutation, etc.
∎ Land acquisition, Liaison with different Govt. and Non Govt departments or authority like RAJUK, DCC, WASA and other related agencies.
∎ Land information collection & handle primary communication with land media.
∎ Keep good communication with landowners and broker agencies.
∎ Prepare proposal and feasibility report for procuring new land, Land Development.
∎ Having proper knowledge of DAP, FAR rules and basic calculation of land development.
∎ Having good knowledge of Schematic architectural drawings and designs.
