∎ Age 24 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain daily reports for the store.
∎ Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) as required.
∎ Submit requisition requests based on user demands.
∎ Compile and update Stock Requisition Notes (SRN) and daily consumption records.
∎ Monitor the stock levels of raw materials, packing supplies, and maintenance items, and notify the Store Head and Management if any items are unavailable.
∎ Regularly inspect the goods stored in the godown to ensure proper condition.
∎ Supervise store staff to ensure compliance with standard operational guidelines.
∎ Update and maintain the store management software with all necessary data.
∎ Ensure inventory accuracy and present records to the Audit Department as needed.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly statements for store activities.
∎ Regularly check the weight scale and report any issues to the Manager.
∎ Store products in dry, suitable locations, maintaining a minimum distance of one foot from walls.
∎ Submit monthly reports of expired products to the Quality Control Department.
∎ Ensure housekeeping standards are met according to QC guidelines and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
∎ Implement measures to minimize product waste due to non-usage.
∎ Take proactive fire safety measures, including maintaining easily accessible firefighting equipment.
