Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent (social networking, on-campus recruitment, external/internal sources)
∎ Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
∎ Research and identify future job requirements of the telecommunications industry and develop strategies to proactively engage with relevant external talent pools
∎ Map external talents with identified critical roles in the organization and find strategies to engage with senior talents in the market.
∎ Ensure potential recruitment for clients at the right time
∎ Recruit specialized or technical person for the clients
∎ Post job on related portal/social media
∎ Prepare the job description for the various positions
∎ Ensure Recruitment cycle till joining
∎ Negotiation with the right candidates align with budget
∎ Maintain all kinds of joining formalities
∎ Optimize headhunting from the various sources
∎ Develop a pool of quality candidates through CV bank for the different positions in advance of need
∎ Provide progress report and status to line manager
∎ Continuous personal development related to new job context and challenges
∎ Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners to proactively close positions with talents identified in succession pools and work as diversity champion to actively build a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
∎ Ensure end to end onboarding of Advance internship programs and collaborate closely with the employer branding team to ensure both social media and physical presence in order to attract the most digital talents
∎ Develop strategies to engage with candidates pre-joining and ensure timely induction of all new joiners based on the approved induction plan
∎ Ensure all recruitment related information, budget, and analytics are updated and made available to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
∎ Perform health checks of recruitment files with the closure of all disambiguation items before handover to recruitment operations
∎ Prepare and execute plans for developing the capability development of hiring managers.
∎ Actively build professional networks to attract talents externally

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
