Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain QMS processes to ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and industry standards.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the entire production process, identifying potential quality risks and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS protocols.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable product safety regulations and standards.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product safety issues and implement preventive measures.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of buyer-specific quality and technical requirements.
∎ Ensure all products comply with the standards of buyers such as C&A, PRIMARK, TESCO, George, and others.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance in embroidery and printing processes to maintain quality consistency.
∎ Address and resolve technical issues promptly during production.
∎ Take full responsibility for handling all QMS-related audits and product audits conducted by buyers or external agencies.
∎ Ensure all necessary documentation, processes, and systems are in place to meet audit requirements.
∎ Proactively address any audit findings or non-conformities to achieve successful outcomes.
∎ Train team members on QMS processes, buyer-specific standards, and product safety requirements.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports, analysis, and documentation.
∎ Report quality metrics and improvements to senior management regularly.
