∎ Age at least 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage safety-related audits, including RSC, NIRAPON, electrical, and mechanical audits.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, guidelines, and regulations across the maintenance team and plant.
∎ Develop and implement a proactive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of critical plant machinery, including generators, boilers, compressors, washing machines, and auto print machines.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task execution and high-performance standards.
∎ Assign maintenance tasks, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations of the maintenance team.
∎ Prepare and manage the maintenance department budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
∎ Monitor expenses related to spare parts, repairs, and external services to optimize costs.
∎ Oversee the inventory management of critical spare parts, ensuring adequate stock to prevent equipment downtime.
∎ Source suppliers for machinery parts and maintenance materials, negotiating prices and ensuring quality.
∎ Provide technical support and lead troubleshooting efforts for complex machinery issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental laws, and internal company policies during all maintenance activities.
∎ Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, machine performance, and audit results for senior management.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with overall plant objectives.
