∎ Manage recruitment, on boarding, and employee retention processes.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
∎ Handle employee performance management, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
∎ Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
∎ Organize training sessions and skill development programs for employees.
∎ Identify training needs and ensure continuous learning opportunities for staff.
∎ Maintain a harmonious working environment by addressing employee grievances promptly.
∎ Promote employee engagement and welfare activities.
∎ Oversee office management, logistics, and administrative support.
∎ Monitor safety, security, and cleanliness across factory premises.
∎ Ensure the effective management of facilities, utilities, and company assets.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal, land and regulatory requirements related to HR and administration.
∎ Prepare and present periodic HR and admin reports to management.
