Strong knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and maintain C&F imported yarn and sample yarn status.
Ensure close communication with SCM (Supply Chain Management) team for smooth operations.
Receive materials as per challan and maintain proper documentation.
Update ERP system for all transactions (Received / Issue / Return).
Maintain Bin Card records (Received / Issue).
Keep Register / Excel data updated (Received / Issue).
Issue yarn as per requisition and ensure accurate delivery.
Update monthly yarn consumption through ERP.
Identify and report discrepancies between ERP & Excel data.
Ensure overall stock accuracy, accountability, and compliance with company policy.
