∎ Specialized in conducting the training program & preparing the training module

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying and assessing the training needs through job analysis, career paths and consultation with reporting supervisors and develop training calendar and budget accordingly.
∎ Arrange & facilitate required management & sales development training program.
∎ Evaluate training sessions through participant’s rating and emphasize on further modification to ensure consistently effective and latest training methods.
∎ Ensure delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports as and when required by Head of HR to demonstrate performance.
∎ Training module development.
∎ External training arrangement.
∎ Take initiative for self-development to perform more efficiently and increase productivity.
∎ Assist in developing training SOP/Policy.
