Job Context:
∎ Sr. Executive -Tender Expert (For all kind of ICT & Others Hardware)
∎ WhiteShell Limited is the pioneer company who introduced training equipment like projectors in the country, focused on improving people`s skill through IT products i.e. Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner, UPS, IFP, Video wall, Sound System, CCTV, Office Automation products etc.
∎ We are looking for such a candidate who has professional knowledge about tender and inviting application from only eligible and experienced candidates having sufficient knowledge and ability of product sourcing, tendering.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have good knowledge of regular participations and operations of tender functions, tender documentations, issuance of pay-order and bank guarantee, Govt., Non-Govt., other organization's procurement process.
∎ Ability to search notice and find Tenders & Projects/Opportunities in Government organization through E-GP portal, Tender Bazar, All-Tender Bazar portal etc.
∎ Need to check tender criteria from tender notice and find out which eligibility match with our company for participation. Need to submit selected tender notice to the management for approval.
∎ Ability to read quickly, understands thoroughly the tender/ bid conditions, submission requirements, prepare project/ tender summary presentations.
∎ Provide support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required materials, equipment's needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding.
∎ Sourcing of different products/items from suppliers, manufactures and buyers .
∎ Prepare all documents for bids/tenders and successfully submit tenders.
∎ Monitor the tender submission process (tender documents purchase, pre-bid etc.) in any selected tender.
∎ Calculation pricing of respective items adding all cost and others charge even L/C, C&F, Duty, Tax, Vat & others.
∎ Finalizes estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
∎ Draft bank guarantee (BID Bond/PG/Performance Security), Letter of Credit Commitment /Facilities and bill assignment documents.
∎ Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Command in MS Office applications.
∎ Fluent in English reading and writing.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and self-started with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
Salary: Negotiable
