Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have the mindset to travel randomly for Customer handling, apartment selling, and promote the marketing.
∎ Bringing customers to companies various projects.
∎ Responsible for achieving aggressive Monthly targets.
∎ Influences, communicate, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve departmental
∎ objectives.
∎ To communicate with prospective/target customers by calling, messaging, using social media &
∎ email.
∎ To maintain healthy relationships with existing customers.
∎ To create a solid database of prospective customers.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plan & procedure.
∎ Report to the team leader when & where required.
∎ To visit prospective customers (if needed) & set up meetings with potential clients with the
∎ Managements.
∎ To visit the project with the client for their queries and satisfaction.
∎ Focus on how to promote more sales.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities i.e.- Checking application forms,
∎ preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
∎ Reporting to head office on regular basis.
∎ Any Other activities responsibilities as and when required by the management.

∎ Now we are seeking dynamic and energetic Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing. The basic role will be discussing key selling points, selling apartments, and commercial space, visiting prospective clients, accompanying clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale.
