Responsibilities & Context:
Preliminary Accounts maintain by ledger, cashbook & Tally ERP Software.
Day to Day Journal, Ledger Book Maintain, Tax & VAT work, Banking & other cash related work.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
Ensure Petty cash fund management & preparation of vendors` payment advice & Cheque.
Preparation & monitoring of monthly sales report and aging analysis.
Maintaining all receipts and disbursements.
Maintaining of payroll, including payroll tax returns.
Handling external audits.
Maintaining of document & record keeping in accounting systems.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met following the IFRS.
Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities, performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
